The Sweet Escape : Le nouvel album dans les bacs le 4 décembre !!!
Après le carton de son premier album solo, Love.Angel.Music.Baby (plus de 7 millions d'albums vendus dans le monde, dont près de 200 000 ex en France, double disque d'or) Gwen Stefani débarque avec un nouvel album : The Sweet Escape !!!
Entre temps, la belle a sorti sa marque de fringue LAMB, entamé une grande tournée US, fait un bébé et enregistré un deuxième album solo... L'année 2006 signe le retour musical de Gwen...
Pour The Sweet Escape, Gwen a collaboré avec plusieurs grands noms. A la production, on retrouve Akon, Pharell Williams, Tony Kanal (de No Doubt), Nellee Hooper (Madonna...), Dallas Austin, Martin Gore (Depeche Mode). Pour ce qui est de la co-écriture Linda Perry (Kylie, Christina Aguilera, Pink...), Dave Stewart (Eurythmics) et Time Rice-Oxley (de Kean), rien que ça !
Au final, The Sweet Escape est la suite logique de L.A.M.B. avec une série de titres pop et des morceaux urbains, à l'image du 1er extrait Win It Up ! (produit par Pharell Williams). Ce titre, reprend un sample du thème de la La Mélodie Du Bonheur ("The Sound Of Music"). Réalisée par Robert Wise (West Side Story), cette célèbre comédie musicale avec Julie Andrew et Christopher Plummer a séduit toute une génération et raflé 5 oscars en 1965 : meilleur film, meilleur réalisateur, meilleur son, meilleur montage, meilleur arrangement musical.

Harajuku Lovers Live : Le DVD arrive le 4 décembre !!
Autre événement à la même date c'est la sortie en DVD du Harajuku Lovers Live, la grande tournée US réalisée par Gwen en 2005.
